Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare Indian dishes (gravies, tandoor items, rice, breads, snacks) as per our recipes and portion sizes
- Do daily prep work: cutting, marinating, and making gravies
- Cook delivery orders quickly while keeping taste and quality the same every time
- Pack food properly so it reaches the customer fresh and hot
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules (FSSAI), and keep the kitchen clean
- Check stock, store ingredients properly, and avoid wastage
- Work well with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Indian cooking (restaurant or cloud kitchen)
- Should be able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good hygiene, discipline, and punctuality
- Freshers with strong cooking skills can also apply
