# INSURANCE CLAIM RECOVERY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
**Location:** Kolkata | **Full-Time**
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle **Life & General Insurance Claim Recovery Cases**
* Knowledge of **Life/GI Underwriting & Claim Process**
* Handle **Health Insurance & TPA Claims**
* Review policy & claim documents and identify gaps
* Coordinate with **Customers, Insurers & TPAs**
* Manage claim submission, follow-up & recovery process
* Maintain **CRM updates, case records & documentation**
* Coordinate with Sales & Operations Teams
### Required Skills
**Life Insurance | General Insurance | Underwriting | Claims | TPA | Claim Recovery | CRM | Documentation**
**Experience:** 1–3+ years preferred
**Good communication & follow-up skills required.**
