Position: Sales Coordinator & Follow-Up Executive

📍 Location: Kolkata, Work From Office

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling customers who have scheduled property site visits.

2. Coordinating with field representatives for smooth site visit arrangements.

3. Contacting customers, sharing visit confirmations and Google Maps locations via WhatsApp.

4. Understanding customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

5. Suggesting suitable alternative properties from available inventory.

6. Following up with customers after site visits to collect feedback and understand their interest.

7. Coordinating property revisits, meetings, negotiations, and booking discussions.

8. Maintaining regular follow-ups with potential buyers until the final purchase decision.

9. Maintaining customer records, lead status, and follow-up updates in Google Sheets.

10. Working towards successful property deals and customer conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

• Experience in real estate sales, customer handling, or follow-up is preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups systematically.
