Relationship Manager (RM)

Job Overview - We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, improving client retention, understanding business needs, and identifying opportunities for additional sales and business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their requirements.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
• Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.
• Meet assigned sales, retention, and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
• Collect client feedback and communicate insights to relevant internal teams.
• Stay updated on company products/services to effectively recommend suitable solutions.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Prior experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development is preferred.
