Job Description

  • Sales Manager — Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Target AchievementSet and achieve monthly/quarterly EV sales targets.
  • Develop sales plans for electric vehicles and related products.
  • Monitor individual and team performance.
  • Dealer & Distributor DevelopmentIdentify potential EV dealers/distributors.
  • Appoint and manage dealers in different territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Monitor dealer stock, sales and payments.
  • Customer AcquisitionGenerate new B2B and B2C customers.
  • Meet fleet operators, corporate customers, institutions and individual buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV solutions.
  • Market ExpansionIdentify new markets and sales territories.
  • Study competitors, pricing, products and market demand.
  • Develop strategies to increase Zaporbit's market share.
  • Team ManagementRecruit, train and motivate sales executives.
  • Allocate territories and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and field visits.
  • EV Product KnowledgeUnderstand vehicle specifications, battery technology, range, charging, warranty and maintenance.
  • Explain product benefits clearly to customers and dealers.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams for customer issues.
  • Sales ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Track leads, conversions, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments.
  • Report sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
  • Customer & Dealer RelationshipHandle complaints and escalations.
  • Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and dealers.

Important KPIsA Sales Manager in an EV company may be evaluated on:

Sales volume + Revenue + New dealers + Lead conversion + Territory growth + Collection + Customer satisfaction.

Since Zaporbit EV Tech appears to be a newly incorporated company (2026), the role may also involve significant market-building, dealer appointment and sales-channel development, rather than simply managing an established sales network.
