Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom In-Charge to manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall day-to-day showroom operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customers professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor stock, inventory, product displays, and showroom cleanliness.
• Coordinate product receiving, billing, and stock movement.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with management and other departments as required.
• Maintain showroom discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
• Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Leadership and team-management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory systems.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Candidates with experience in [Home appliances / Furniture / Electronics / Textiles] will be preferred.
