Job Description

LOAN OFFICER – HOUSING FINANCE📍 Location: Mayiladuthurai

  • EligibilityEducation: 10th / 12th / Diploma / UG / PG
  • Freshers can apply
  • Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / NBFC / Finance sector experience preferred
  • Two-Wheeler is MANDATORY
  • Valid Driving Licence required
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Willingness to travel for field work
  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Housing Loans and Mortgage Loans
  • Meet customers and explain loan products and eligibility
  • Collect KYC, income and property-related documents
  • Conduct customer and property visits
  • Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams
  • Follow up with customers until sanction and disbursement
  • Achieve assigned monthly business targets
  • Develop business through direct sourcing and local market activities
