Job Description

Sales Executive – Furniture Showroom

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our premium furniture showroom in Derabassi.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and understand customers' furniture and home furnishing requirements

Explain product features, designs, materials, quality and pricing

Handle walk-in customers and showroom enquiries

Generate leads and follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp

Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience

Follow up on orders, payments and deliveries

Coordinate with the showroom and operations team

Maintain proper records of leads and customer follow-ups

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, furniture, interiors or related sales

Strong communication and convincing skills

Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality

Good negotiation and sales-closing ability

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM is preferred

Experience in furniture/interior/home décor sales will be an advantage
