Job Description

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and sign new channel partners to expand geographic or market reach.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Build long-term, profitable relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Create joint business plans, set revenue quotas, and execute channel-specific sales campaigns.
  • Enablement & Training: Provide partners with product training, sales playbooks, marketing collateral, and technical support.
  • Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Monitor channel metrics, manage deal registrations, and conduct regular sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve channel conflicts between partners or between indirect partners and internal direct sales teams.
