Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Karjat, Lonavala, Alibaug, and Mahabaleshwar.
Ensure properties are maintained and operated as per defined quality, service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, F&B, transport, and other operational teams.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely resolution of operational gaps.
Ensure properties are guest-ready before every check-in and maintained throughout the guest's stay.
Handle operational escalations and ensure timely closure of issues.
