Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)


Company: Starteefy Private Limited

Location: Fun Republic Mall Awfis Lucknow (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Experience: Fresher / 0-2 Years

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business registration and compliance services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Website, Social Media, and Referral Sources.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations with senior consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Stay updated on company services, government registrations, and compliance requirements.


Required Skills


Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.

Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.

Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and CRM tools.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.


Eligibility


Commerce Background B.COM / BBA / MBA.

Prior experience in telesales, business development, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
