Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Job DescriptionMy Diagno Card is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, assist users with diagnostic test bookings, and coordinate with partner diagnostic centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with diagnostic test bookings and provide booking IDs.
- Explain the My Diagno Card process and usage to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Provide polite, professional, and timely customer support.
- Escalate complaints or complex issues to the concerned team.
- Requirements Good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
