Fashion Sales Executive

Position: Ladies Wear Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ladies Wear Sales Executive to join our clothing showroom.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of ladies’ fashion, including suits, sarees, ethnic wear, fabrics, designs, fitting, colours, and current fashion preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable sarees, suits, ethnic wear, and other ladies’ clothing.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion before suggesting products.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fabrics, designs, quality, patterns, and styling.
• Build a comfortable and professional relationship with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Use effective communication and sales skills to convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
• Suggest suitable alternatives, combinations, and additional products to improve the customer's shopping experience.
• Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper presentation and organisation of the ladies’ wear section.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.
• Build customer trust and encourage repeat visits through good service and professional behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a clothing showroom, boutique, ladies wear store, or fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ladies' suits, sarees, ethnic wear, fabrics, and clothing styles.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good selling and persuasion ability without being overly pushy.
• Ability to understand different customer personalities and recommend suitable products.
• Presentable, confident, polite, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic understanding of billing or retail operations will be an added advantage.
