Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic aane wale patients aur visitors ko properly attend aur welcome karna.
- Phone calls, inquiries aur appointment bookings ko manage karna.
- Patients ka registration, basic details entry aur appointment scheduling handle karna.
- Daily billing, payment collection aur cash/online transactions ka record maintain karna.
- Reception area aur waiting lounge ko neat aur clean rakhna.
- Doctors aur clinical staff ke sath coordinate karna taaki patients ka flow smooth rahe.
Requirements / Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi aur basic English aani chahiye).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word aur billing/clinic software ka basic use).
- Friendly aur patient-handling nature.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain (Derma/Dental/Hospitality experience walo ko preference milegi).
