Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other sources.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and project details to potential customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, legal, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
