Real Estate Sales Manager & Sales Executive
📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Reyansh Group & Services is looking for dynamic, result-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Real Estate Sales Team.
We are seeking candidates with strong communication, customer handling and sales skills who can generate customer interest, arrange property site visits and drive the complete sales process from initial enquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Generate customer interest through effective communication, counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
- Accompany customers during site visits and explain project details, location advantages, amenities and pricing.
- Handle customer queries and assist with negotiations.
- Coordinate with customers and the office team to facilitate the booking and purchase process.
- Maintain customer databases, follow-up records and sales reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Strong convincing ability and a sales-oriented approach.
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries and converting leads into sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for property site visits.
- Real estate or property sales experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Salary & Incentives
💰 Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000
