Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
Follow up and maintain records of customer outstanding payments.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST-related work, including sales/purchase data preparation and reconciliation.
Assist with TDS calculations, records, and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
Prepare basic MIS reports and outstanding reports as required.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
