Job Description
Front Desk Manager – Nail Studio
We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our team and be the face of our nail studio! The ideal candidate should be well-organized, responsible, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash transactions and track daily expenses.
- Schedule and manage nail studio appointments using the PC.
- Maintain basic records and documents using Microsoft Word.
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide convincing explanations about our services.
- Assist in maintaining a professional and friendly environment at the studio.
