💼 JOB DETAILS
- Position: Service Associate (SA) / Guest Service Associate (GSA)
- Payroll: Futurz Staffing Solutions
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000 In-Hand
- CTC: Up to ₹24,000
- Duty Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Male candidates only
- Age below 24 years
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Guest Services, Customer Service, Hospitality or the Hotel/Cinema Industry preferred
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Candidates must maintain a proper haircut and clean-shaven appearance
🎯 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide a pleasant cinema experience
- Check tickets and assist guests with screen and seating guidance
- Handle guest queries and provide customer support
- Assist with food and beverage counter operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards
- Support smooth cinema operations during entry, intervals and exits
