Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle complete day-to-day HR operations of our manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment, screening & interviews
* New employee joining & induction
* Employee documentation & records
* Daily attendance, leave & overtime management
* Monthly salary working & payroll coordination
* Team/employee coordination & communication
* Daily work reporting and performance tracking
* Monthly performance evaluation & appraisal support
* Employee discipline and grievance handling
* HR policies, formats and reporting system management
* Daily/weekly/monthly HR reports to management
* Coordinate with all departments for manpower and work-related issues
Requirements:
2–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with good communication, Excel/Google Sheets, recruitment and employee-handling skills. Strong coordination, follow-up and reporting skills required.
