Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HRIS.
- Handle attendance, leave and payroll and prepare salary,Pf and ESI challan.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct performance appraisal and performance management activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, attendance and recruitment reports.
- Handle employee exits, resignation, full & final settlement and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
