Relationship Manager

We are hiring Relationship Managers for an on-roll position with a leading bank to drive the growth of Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, business development, sourcing quality loan applications, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field visits, customer references, and local market networking.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements and funding needs.
• Promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products to eligible customers.
• Source quality loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and local business influencers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned market.
• Achieve monthly sales, business, and productivity targets.
• Ensure a high-quality customer portfolio with excellent customer service.
• Follow the bank's policies, processes, and compliance requirements while sourcing and managing business.
• Eligibility & QualificationEducation: Graduation is mandatory – Any Degree.
• Candidates with experience in LAP, secured loans, MSME, banking, NBFC, or field sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, customer relationship, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
• Should be target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
