Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Accounts & Sales Coordinator to handle day-to-day office accounting, client inquiry follow-ups, quotation drafting, and operational admin work.

This is a key office position for a reliable B.Com / BBA / M.Com graduate looking for a stable full-time role to grow across business management, client handling, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Office Billing (40%)

Bullet Daily entry of sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and vouchers in Tally Prime / Excel.

Bullet Maintain vendor bill logs, track petty cash, and file site/material payment receipts.

Bullet Organize financial documentation, banking slips, and basic GST paperwork.

2. Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups (40%)

Bullet Handle incoming client calls and walk-in inquiries professionally.

Bullet Prepare clear price estimates, detailed proposals, and official client quotations.

Bullet Maintain a lead tracker register and perform regular follow-up calls to close pending quotes.

1. General Admin & Operations (20%)

Bullet Handle routine bank visits (cheque deposits, DDs, collection) and document dispatch.

Bullet Maintain office inventory, stock registers, and vendor coordination.

Bullet Coordinate updates between field/site teams, vendors, and clients.
