Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and multitasking Operations Executive to manage back-office operations, prepare internal audit reports, monitor branch performance, and ensure operational efficiency across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare internal audit reports and monitor compliance.
- Evaluate branch-wise performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Monitor operational activities and identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely reporting.
Required Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
