Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

 

 

Job Profile:

 

  • Knowledge of handling GST/TDS assessments and GST audits
  •  
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  •  
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  •  
  • Prepare e-invoices and co-ordinate with clients for any changes
  •  
  • Co-ordinate with Clients for Outstanding payments
  •  
  • Ensuring that all payments are processed on time.
  •  
  • Paying reimbursements to employees by verifying expense documents.
  •  
  • Payroll & Attendance Management for employees
  •  
  • Good command over Microsoft Office Suite including advance excel.
  •  
  • Other Miscellaneous work will be assigned by HOD
