Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's domestic and international market presence.

The candidate will identify potential customers, generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on business opportunities, negotiate with customers, and convert enquiries into orders.

Note: Looking for a female sales profile with some experience in the manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Identify potential customers, distributors, dealers, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial clients.
• Generate new enquiries through direct sales, email marketing, LinkedIn, exhibitions, references, and other channels.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations, offers, and pending orders.
• Prepare commercial quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Marketing

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned products and territories.
• Promote company products through email campaigns, LinkedIn, digital marketing, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Prepare and share company profiles, product catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify new industries, applications, and potential customers.
• Develop distributors and channel partners in new markets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Customer & Order Management

• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely responses to enquiries.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and logistics teams for order execution.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for suitable resolutions.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, customer data, and sales activities.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Maintain sales pipeline and enquiry follow-up reports.
• Monitor sales targets and achievement.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding market opportunities, customer feedback, and business development activities.

Required Skills
