ABOUT THE ROLE

PLPB is hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day billing and accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in accounts and finance. The role requires strong billing skills and working knowledge of accounting software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Generate and process invoices/bills accurately and on time

•   Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records

•   Work on accounting software for billing, ledger, and reconciliation

•   Assist in maintaining accounts receivable and payable

•   Support in preparing basic financial reports and statements

•   Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all billing-related documentation

•   Coordinate with vendors/clients for billing queries and resolutions

•   Assist senior accountants/finance team with month-end closing activities

REQUIREMENTS

•   Freshers are welcome to apply

•   Billing skills are a must

•   Working knowledge of accounting software is required

•   B.Com graduates can apply

•   Preference will be given to candidates with MBA in Financial Management or Finance specialization

•   Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

•   Good attention to detail and accuracy in numbers
