Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Voice Process)
Location: Mohali
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Chat & Voice Process to handle customer queries and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via Chat/Calls
• Provide accurate information and resolution
• Maintain quality customer service standards
• Escalate issues when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction
Salary:
- Fresher- Upto 27k CTC + Performance-Based Incentives
- Experienced- upto 35k CTC + Performance-Based Incentives
Work Details:
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs
