Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a dynamic CRM Executive with pharmaceutical knowledge to manage customer relationships, maintain databases, and improve customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, tracking leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer database (CRM software) 
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups 
• Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions 
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution 
• Maintain records of calls, emails, and meetings 
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention 
• Generate reports on customer activity and sales performance 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred) 
• 1–3+ years of experience in CRM or customer handling role 
• Knowledge of CRM tools 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
