CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE 🚨
Location: Mohali (Work From Office)
Process: Voice & Chat Process
💼 Role: Customer Support Executive (CSE)
📋 Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle international /Domestic customers queries via Voice and Live Chat
2. Provide accurate information and resolution with high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
3. Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customers
4. Document all call/chat information and update CRM accurately
5. Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
6. Achieve daily/weekly targets for quality and productivity
7. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate can apply
- Good Communication Skills in English (Mandatory)
- Fresher with good comms / Experienced in BPO can apply
- Basic Computer Knowledge
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹20K - ₹30K (Depends on Communication Skills & Interview)
- Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 Hrs Shift)
