Customer Care Executive – Voice Process
Location: Mohali
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 or 6 Days
Cab Facility: Available
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Age: 18–35 Years
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good spoken English and communication skills are required
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customers through voice and chat support
- Understand and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
- Follow established processes and quality standards
