Job Title: Guest Relations Executive
Location: Mohali – Jubilee Walk Store
Job Description:
* Welcome and assist customers with a warm, friendly approach.
* Ensure an excellent in-store guest experience.
* Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
* Promote Sugartown products, candies, chocolates, and desserts.
* Manage customer interactions and support daily store operations.
* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
* Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
