Job Description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller Cum Counselor to handle incoming and outgoing calls, counsel prospective customers/students, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses, services, or products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries.
- Explain courses, services, fees, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
- Counsel and assist prospective students/customers based on their needs and interests.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build a good relationship with prospective customers/students.
- Achieve assigned calling, counseling, and conversion targets.
