JOB DISCRIPTION

Position: Accounts & Operations Executive

Industry: FMCG

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Gender: Male / Female

Location: Moradabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.

• Manage sales, purchase, invoices, receipts, payments and other accounting entries.

• Maintain proper records of stock, invoices and dispatches.

• Prepare and verify invoices, bills and related documents.

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of FMCG products to distributors/customers.

• Prepare dispatch documents and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records and delivery details.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales team, distributors and transporters.

• Track dispatched goods and maintain proper documentation.

• Reconcile accounts, stock and dispatch records whenever required.

• Ensure all accounting and dispatch-related records are updated and properly maintained.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Dispatch operations.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software/Tally.

• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Experience in FMCG, distribution or trading industry will be preferred.

• Ability to manage both accounting and dispatch responsibilities efficiently.
