Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage the company's accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and related compliance activities.

- Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, and employee attendance records.

- Prepare and maintain bank statements, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and financial records.

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.

- Perform financial auditing and support internal and statutory audit requirements.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws.

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.

- Coordinate with management, auditors, and consultants for accounting and compliance matters.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

- Practical experience in GST, payroll, banking, and auditing.

- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Relevant experience in accounting and taxation will be preferred.
