Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular financial reports and statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist senior management with accounting and financial reporting as required.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Compensation & Location

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Location: Goregaon / Malad, Mumbai.

Work arrangement: Open to suitable candidates from both Goregaon and Malad areas.
