Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong hiring network and be able to close positions quickly through referrals, local sourcing, job portals, and field recruitment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end hiring for restaurant staff
  • Recruit Cooks, CDPs, Commis, Stewards, Captains, Cashiers, Helpers, Delivery Staff & Restaurant Managers
  • Maintain an active candidate database and WhatsApp hiring groups
  • Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate joining, documentation, and onboarding
  • Visit sourcing locations whenever required for bulk hiring
  • Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets
  • Reduce candidate dropouts through regular follow-ups
  • Required Skills2+ years of restaurant or hospitality recruitment experience
  • Strong blue-collar hiring network across Mumbai
  • Excellent knowledge of local sourcing and referral hiring
  • Comfortable with bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements
  • Good communication in Hindi & English
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: ₹20,000/month
