Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR)Company: Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Net / Take-Home)
Education: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Up to 2 years in a CA firm or up to 3 years in corporate accounting
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable to manage customer invoicing, outstanding payments, collections follow-ups, ledger reconciliation, and receivables reporting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer billing and invoice processing.
- Accounts Receivable management and payment follow-ups.
- Outstanding payment tracking and ageing reports.
- Customer ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- GST documentation and TDS reconciliation.
- Billing discrepancy resolution and internal coordination.
- Accounting entries and financial record maintenance using Tally ERP or similar software.
- Excel-based reporting and receivables tracking.
- Mandatory SkillsAccounts Receivable (AR)
- Customer Billing and Invoicing
- Payment Follow-up and Outstanding Collections
- Ledger Reconciliation
- Receivables Ageing Reports
- Tally ERP or Similar Accounting Software
- MS Excel
- Basic GST and TDS Knowledge
- Candidate RequirementsB.Com / M.Com graduate.
- Relevant accounting experience in a CA firm or corporate environment.
- Practical understanding of AR processes, billing, reconciliation, and outstanding payments.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
