Job Description
Perform data entry of shipment details, delivery logs, and customer information.
Track courier shipments and update records in the system.
Coordinate with delivery executives and warehouse staff for dispatch and delivery updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to deliveries and performance metrics.
Handle customer queries and complaints via email or phone, escalating to relevant departments when needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing consignments.
Assist in billing and invoicing-related tasks.
Ensure all documents (proof of delivery, consignment notes, etc.) are properly filed and archived.
Support compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.
Collaborate with the front office, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
