Finfruits helps customers make smarter Home Loan decisions by combining technology with personalized guidance. We partner with leading banks and financial institutions to help customers save money, simplify the process and receive end-to-end assistance throughout their loan journey.
We're looking for energetic people in Mumbai who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and creating opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Meet builders, brokers, architects, societies and corporate offices to generate leads.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and customer engagement activities at various locations
- Follow up with enquiries received through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and manage lead details systematically.
- Explain Finfruits' value proposition.
- Schedule and complete customer meetings.
- Complete documentation, coordinate with banks, other stakeholders to complete loan process
- Build long-term referral relationships.
- Represent the Finfruits brand professionally.
Success Metrics
- Loans disbursed
- Qualified leads generated
- Referral partners created
- Initiating and conducting campaigns/activities effectively
- Lead Management discipline
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident personality
- Self-driven
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai
- Good relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of banking or finance is an advantage but not mandatory
