Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Conversion Executive to manage incoming leads, connect with customers, understand their requirements and convert leads into successful bookings/sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and pitch the right offering.
* Follow up with leads at the right time and ensure no lead is missed.
* Manage daily calls, follow-ups and lead pipeline efficiently.
* Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
* Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
* Update lead status and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Key Skills
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Strong follow-up & time management.
* Target-oriented approach.
* Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
* Prior experience in tele-sales/inside sales/lead conversion preferred.
