Job Description
Smartcom is looking for an experienced Computer Hardware Technician responsible for providing technical support to customers and implementing computer hardware and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Implement and troubleshoot basic computer networking.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues.
- Handle installation and configuration of printers, routers and related IT equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Hardware Technician.
- Practical experience in computer hardware support and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and customer-support skills.
- Knowledge of LAN cable crimping and punching is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV and related automation systems will be an added advantage.
