Counselor

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated and experienced School Counselor to support the emotional, social, behavioural and academic well-being of our students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counseling to students.
• Identify and address emotional, behavioural, social and academic challenges.
• Work closely with teachers, parents and school management to support student development.
• Guide students in building confidence, emotional resilience and positive behaviour.
• Maintain confidential counseling records and student progress reports.
• Conduct student wellness workshops, awareness sessions and parent guidance programmes.
• Promote a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment.
• QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant training in child or school counseling will be an added advantage.
• Experience1–2 years of relevant counseling experience required.
• Prior experience working with school students will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience and strong listening skills.
• Understanding of child psychology and adolescent development.
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers and parents.
• Strong documentation skills and professional confidentiality.
