Job Title: Airline Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle airline ticketing through airline logins and web portals.
• Respond to client queries via email regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, etc.
• Issue tickets accurately and ensure smooth post-booking support.
• Should have working knowledge of at least one GDS system such as Abacus, Galileo, or Amadeus.
• Coordinate with airlines and support teams for special requests or changes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline ticketing domain.
• Proficiency in handling GDS systems (Abacus, Galileo, or Amadeus any one is mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
