Vardaan Hospital / Allure Medspa is a NABH-accredited advanced cosmetic surgery and aesthetic care centre located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, conveniently near Goregaon railway station.

Led by Dr. Milan Doshi and Dr. Dimple Doshi, both with 27+ years of experience, our centre has completed 20,000+ surgeries and procedures and serves patients from India and abroad, including high-profile individuals and well-known personalities.

We operate from our own dedicated hospital infrastructure with trained doctors, nurses, OT staff, patient care coordinators and support teams specialising in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments and gynaecology care. 🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Convert leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM & Walk-ins.
2. Explain cosmetic & plastic surgery procedures, risks, recovery and preparation with empathy.
3. Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a smooth patient journey.
4. Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups & CRM reporting.
5. Achieve monthly conversion targets.
6. Maintain professional communication & service etiquette at all times.

🔹 Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (healthcare or cosmetic industry preferred)
2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
3. Pleasant personality, confident and self-driven
4. Ability to maintain accuracy in CRM updates
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to a high-performance environment
6. Must be comfortable with:

• Rotational shifts
