Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Description
Rustic Home is looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage online customer enquiries, drive furniture sales, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from Website, Instagram, Meta Ads and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with sofa, upholstered bed and furniture selections.
- Explain product features, pricing, fabric options and customization.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Share quotations and coordinate order confirmations.
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups using WhatsApp CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Interior or Retail Sales preferred.
- Experience in online sales, WhatsApp selling and lead conversion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle customers and close high-value orders
