*Profile: Customer Service Executive*
Location: Andheri East (JB Nagar)
Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service requests, complaints, and product support.
2. Respond to customer queries through voice calls, emails, chat, and ticketing systems.
3. Register, assign, and track service requests in the CRM/ERP/SAP system.
4. Coordinate with service engineers to schedule installations, breakdown visits, preventive maintenance, and service calls.
5. Monitor service tickets and ensure timely closure within defined turnaround times (TAT).
6. Follow up with customers and internal teams until service requests are successfully resolved.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, service history, and engineer updates.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports using MS Excel.
9. Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the concerned department or reporting manager.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Logistics, and Spare Parts for seamless service execution.
11. Ensure adherence to customer service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
