Job Description:

Admission Counsellor / Education Sales

We are hiring Admission Counsellors for Trueknack at Thane West – Wagle Estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand students' requirements and provide proper counselling.
  • Explain courses, fees, benefits and admission process.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Handle student queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with students.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Education Sales, Admission Counselling, B2C Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Graduate preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand + incentives

Location: Thane West – Wagle Estate
