Job Description
Our client is a global leader in Logistics industry.
It is looking to hire for multiple positions of associates in its customer care department for voice process to handle inbound customer queries (Inbound Call centre - Voice Process)
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing customer support to international customers over calls/chat/email
- Resolving customer issues
-Adherent to basic customer onboarding process
- Handling customers’ claims
- Running customized reports
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal customers as and when needed
