Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
  • Attend field service calls and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Install and troubleshoot antivirus software and business applications.
  • Perform LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
  • Replace and upgrade computer hardware components.
  • Support user account configuration, email setup, and printer connectivity.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
  • Update service reports and call status after every client visit.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client service standards.
